Not really. The only real couple in this comic will be the only canon one in the game, Alphys x Undyne.

  But considering in this AU that Undyne hates humans because she blames Frisk for Asgore's death, but Alphys became good friends with Frisk, their relationship is going to be complicated.
BUT I'm also not going to make Alphys horribly depressed because that would be just so much to handle in this comic. She's been spending time with her friends in the past year, but the whole secret lab incident hasn't been revealed yet. Eheh.
